How to use this service

  • Before being able to use this service, you will need to obtain your PIN number. To do so, please follow these steps:
  • Step 1
    Call the PIN Release System at 02.8003.6056. It is important that you call from the same phone number that you registered at sign up.
  • Step 2
    You will be prompted to enter your “Record Identification Number” given to you at the point of sale.
  • Step 3
    Wait for the system to release your PIN number. At this point your PIN is activated and you can start calling.
  • You can also get your PIN number by calling Customer Service at 028.003.6111 or going to “My Account” online.
 
  • To place a call, please follow the steps below:
  • Step 1
    Dial the BlueTone access number, which can be saved in your Phone Book. You will hear the message “Welcome to calling card.”
  • Step 2
    Enter your PIN number when prompted, followed by the pound (#) key.
  • Step 3
    Enter the number you wish to call when prompted, followed by the pound (#) key.
  • *Once you have been connected to the access number, do not press the “Send” button of your phone anymore.
